Pole Fitness - Beginners
So you can experience what we offer in beginner pole dancing lessons. This helps you decide if pole is for you.
Beginner lessons are designed to give you a firm foundation in Pole Dancing as well as boost your confidence and strength.
We start with easy moves that don't require you to hold your entire body weight, along with basic strength & conditioning exercises. As the weeks go on you will find yourself spinning with ease. Believe in the process.
You will learn: Foundation skills and safety aspects of pole dancing.
Basic spins and grips, sitting on the pole, basic & forearm climbing and basic inversion into crucifix etc.
Climbing and sitting on the pole.
You will learn a selection of spins and transitions that feature in the beginner level course. At the end of the lesson, you will have the opportunity to sign up for other classes or move to a higher level class if required.

Pole Fitness - Upper Beginners
Upper beginners pole will boost your confidence and strength.
In order to attend this class: To be confident with basic inversion, forearm climbing and the basic spins.
Key moves: We will perfect straddle inversions, outside & inside leg hangs, Butterfly, Hello boys, Side Climbs, Statue etc.

Pole Fitness - Spinning Pole
Spinning Pole class brings together tricks, movement and freestyle. Moves are adapted according to level.
As you learn short combos up the pole, around the pole and on the floor, you will focus on the technique to make your movement effortless and flowy and have the opportunity to use the tricks and technique to create your own freestyle.
Each week you will progress the moves you already know and learn beautiful new spins and combos, specific to Spinning Pole.
If you are new to Diva Flow studio, and unsure if this class will be good for you, you may be asked to attend a upper beginners session first for an assessment on your ability.
Complete beginners/beginners
Our Beginners classes/courses are well structured and will suit absolute beginners those who are trying pole for the first time or have little to no experience of pole and wish to learn the solid foundations from the ground up.
In this class, expect a warm up, strength & conditioning exercises and the all important spins, tricks & transitions to get you started on your pole journey filled with fun and exciting challenges. The class will end with a cool down & stretches each lesson. You will need to be signed off by your instructor before moving up to Upper Beginners, so prepare to have lots fun and work hard!
Perquisites: New to Pole
Splits & Handstand Conditioning
FLEXIBILITY: Splits & Handstands with Georgina.
What are your flexy pole goals? This class will be catered to the students’ goals, providing exercises to stretch and strengthen your body!
The focus of this class is on preparing the body for flexible pole moves through stretches, splits, handstands and floor shapes. This class is designed to increase your flexibility. Join us as we take you through a series of stretches and exercises that will improve your passive & active flexibility.
We will alternate between split training, handstand training and stretching for back & shoulders. You will develop stronger splits, handstands, cleaner inverts, and awesome backbends.(You do not need Pole Fitness experience to attend this class)
Everyone is welcome. Beginner friendly.
Sexy pole & floorwork in heels
You will learn a routine in heels to a song- suitable for anyone from beginner to intermediate as parts of the choreo can be tailored to your level. The aim of this class is to feel good, develop your confidence and dance like no one is watching.
Suitable for all levels.
Pole Flow/Combos
Not suitable for total beginners - you will need to climb the pole and know basic spins.
Mixed ability
This is a combined tricks and choreo class with an emphasis on pretty and flowing combos which we can dance to music and enjoy moving on the pole. Generally this will be a static class with inversions for those who are able and some low flow (with variations for all levels) but sometimes we will mix it up and do a little spinny pole flow combo. Class is barefoot (so no heels) but you may bring them if you wish if this is your preferred style.
If you are looking to progress your pole technique and move beyond single tricks and combos, with an artistic flair then this is the class for you! We will learn the same routine for 2 weeks in a row so you have a chance to practise the routine fully if you wish.
Pole Fitness - Intermediate
You must be able to invert confidently, with good form/correct technique. We will be working on lifting instead of kicking into inverts, leg hangs and beginning to create aerial combinations. There is a focus on good form and strength to prepare you for the advanced classes. Prepare to work hard Diva’s.
This class is necessary to safely advance to the next level in your pole dancing world. You will absolutely love it!

Diva Flow Pole Studio offers a wide variety of classes. Quality matters so when you celebrate a special occasion, a birthday or hen party with us, your party will always be private.
Whether you’re planning a birthday or hen party, Pole Parties are a fun way to let your hair down and celebrate life! Parties can be 60 or 90 minutes, and can be customized to your liking, including the music, and requesting a preferred instructor. Everyone, bring your camera and take all the photos you want. We offer refreshments for all attendees.
If you wish to bring other refreshments with you, please email us your list and we will confirm with you.

Payments to be made at the time of booking. We have a 7 day cancellation policy for party/event bookings. If cancelled less than 7 days before the day of booking, we will not be able to be able to make changes to your booking date.

Private Pole Classes
Private pole fitness lessons are available to current and new students interested in having a more individualized experience. From pole conditioning to competition training or just preferring a smaller learning environment. All of your needs can be met through Private Instruction.

Pole hire
Students are welcome to come into the studio and hire one of our poles for extra pole practice. It’s just £10 an hour, and you can come whenever the studio is free. Check out our timetable or send an email to info@divaflowpole.co.uk or message us on Instagram to book your pole time.
Our studio has 4 - 45mm Xpert pro Poles. All of the poles can be set on static or spinning in seconds. Please ask reception or staff member to help you change poles from static to spinning as needed. Pole hire (one person per pole). If you are training with a friend, please ensure you book one place each so we do not overcrowd the room.
Please note this is a self-practice session without a teacher. By purchasing this option, you agree to the disclaimer. This includes being responsible for your training and being able to work on the apparatus of your choice without guidance.

Juanita will be teaching a 4 week Invert Clinic - which is a workshop style class to help you build from the ground up - you'll be working on strength & conditioning exercises, tips & techniques to prepare you to learn how to safely unlock your invert, so you can smash those pole goals with confidence, living your best upside down life!
If you are already inverting & want to perfect your skills, this course this will be a perfect way for you to learn different ways of inverting to help you work towards upper beginners/ intermediate levels.

Sexy Pole - Exotic Workshops
Exotic is a choreography-based class in which you will learn a step-by-step routine to a song.
It’s the perfect class to improve your confidence and have
fun while having a dance and building up your stamina.
In Exotic classes, you will learn how to use your heels and your platform to transition and move around the pole.
The class will focus on spins around the pole, floorwork, fan kicks, leg waves and body wave and using moves that do not require advanced strength or flexibility.
This class is ideal if you’ve never danced in heels before, or if you’re looking to improve your heel technique with a challenging but accessible choreography. No previous dance experience is required, although we would recommend trying at least a couple of Beginner / taster classes before joining Exotic if you’re completely new to pole dancing.
